Beta Access Terms
This Beta Access Terms Addendum ("Beta Addendum") supplements the ForceX Terms of Service for any user granted access to ForceX beta, preview, waitlist, tester, invitation-only, or pre-release Services.
If there is a conflict between this Beta Addendum and the general Terms of Service, this Beta Addendum controls for beta or pre-release access.
1. Beta Nature of the Services
Beta Services are pre-release offerings made available for evaluation, testing, feedback, and limited early access. Beta Services may be incomplete, unstable, or materially different from future production Services.
Beta Services may:
- contain defects, bugs, or security issues;
- be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn without notice;
- include incomplete data, unfinished interfaces, or temporary access controls;
- be subject to stricter rate limits, feature restrictions, or operational controls; and
- change pricing, packaging, or availability at any time.
2. Eligibility and Access
ForceX may grant or deny beta access at its discretion. Access may depend on:
- invitation codes;
- waitlist status;
- account verification;
- tester designation;
- manual approval; or
- other eligibility criteria established by ForceX.
Beta access is personal to the approved account or organization and may not be transferred, shared, sublicensed, or resold except as expressly authorized by ForceX.
3. Revocation and Changes
ForceX may suspend, modify, revoke, or terminate beta access at any time, with or without notice, including where:
- program scope changes;
- access is no longer appropriate;
- we detect misuse, abuse, or security risk;
- your account is no longer eligible; or
- we are preparing for launch or changing the access model.
4. Feedback
If you provide feedback, bug reports, usability input, suggestions, feature requests, or other information relating to Beta Services, you grant ForceX the unrestricted right to use that feedback without obligation or compensation.
5. Confidentiality of Non-Public Features
Unless ForceX expressly states otherwise in writing, ForceX may designate portions of Beta Services, non-public features, private beta materials, and technical or commercial details as confidential or non-public. You agree not to disclose non-public beta details in a way that could reasonably harm ForceX or compromise the integrity of the beta program.
This section does not prohibit truthful discussion of your own consumer experience where applicable law prohibits such restrictions, but it is intended to protect clearly non-public ForceX materials and program details.
6. No Reliance
You acknowledge that Beta Services are offered for evaluation and limited use only. You should not rely on Beta Services for critical business, financial, trading, investment, legal, tax, or operational decisions.
7. Fees
Unless ForceX expressly states otherwise in writing, beta access is offered without charge. If ForceX later introduces paid plans or converts beta users to paid or standard plans, additional terms, notices, and commercial disclosures may apply.
8. Support
ForceX may provide beta support, documentation, or communications at its discretion. ForceX is not obligated to provide any specific support level, uptime commitment, response time, or service-level agreement for Beta Services.
9. Survival
All provisions in the Terms of Service relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and privacy remain applicable to Beta Services unless expressly superseded in writing.
