Use this when the user asks for Litecoin supply DATA (issued or circulating figures, current or historical) — returns the underlying values, not a rendered chart. Litecoin supply: scheduled issued supply (deterministic emission schedule) + node-matching circulating supply (UTXO-set total, excluding genesis/burned; latest-only — omitted for historical `at`) + current subsidy + next halving. 2 credits. Optional `at`: bare block height (exact) or ISO-8601 date/timestamp (last block at/before; legacy fx_test_ keys are scan-window-gated below the floor).
