MWEB (extension-block) detail for a block height. 6 credits base (sole-source MWEB indexing); start without includes — the base fits the Free cap of 6, either include is paid tier. Includes: outputs (+2), peg_links (+2). Live keys (paid + Free-live) reach any historical height; on a legacy fx_test_ key, requesting any include makes a height below the recent scan window return 402 (legacy-key limitation only).
